This product was purchased for additional seating in a home theatre room. The room is a bit narrow and the chair's size fit perfectly. There is however one major downside with this product; The microfiber fabric used is of a very poor quality. It feels sticky and there is signficant dye rub-off onto skin, clothes and the wall it touches. After applying a damp cloth to the surface, we were able to remove some of the excess dye. For what you get, the chair is priced a little high.

my kids love to read on this, good for watching tv too. Size wise is only for one small to an average person, a large person would not feel comfortable on this.
Not bad for the price..., good for students and people have small space of living.

The first product I received didn't hold shape as featured in the internet catalog---this why I decided to purchase it, for mod decor. Also,for a small apt. & sometime guest sleep overs, it is useful and comfortable. It can be adjusted/with pillow/ to support lower back problems. Instructions with product don't describe set-up process with enough detail. Only a call to customer service resulted in step-by-step instructions from manufacturer.

Service and delivery comments:

Costumer service was excellent; efficient, helpful and friendly. All aspects of my problems with the product were addressed and the need for a replacement fulfilled. It arrived much sooner than the specified date. Free return shipping included and original sale price honored. Thanks.

I bought this for my daughter because she likes to lie on the floor in our home theater. It is much more comfortable than the inch thick exercise mat that it replaced. It can be a little tricky to adjust but other than that it is just what the doctor ordered.
