I ordered this for my son's 4th birthday. This is his first "big boy bed" and he loves it! I ordered the Dark Chocolate finish with the optional storage drawers. The drawers are not on tracks, but they are very roomy and look nice. My son's room is small and doesn't have a lot of storage, so I'm glad that I ordered them. The bed looks great and it's very sturdy. My husband was able to put this together himself in a couple of hours, but he is a home builder/remodeler. My only complaint is the stickers that were placed on the footboard of the twin upper bunk. They were difficult to remove and have left a sticky residue that I'm still trying to get off. It would also be nice if the ladder could be installed on either end of the bed. Overall, we are all very happy with this purchase and would buy it again.

Bought this bunk over full futon for my son's room. He loves to be able to use the futon couch, and I have used the full futon for a guest bed. My daughter has begged her little brother to switch rooms with her for sleepover nights with her friends. It is a big hit, and has withstood a VERY rough and tumble boy for 2-1/2 years, and still looks new. Drawers under futon are VERY roomy. Drawer tracks on the wide dresser are a little fussy (probably that rough & tumble boy of mine!). The finish on all pieces is very high quality. LOVE this set, and have recommended it to friends.
